Stainless Steel Buckles

 

Standard Stainless Steel Buckles

 

The core feature of the stainless steel buckle is it's strength. This feature is due to the single stainless steel pressing design which allows for construction without joins or seams. The buckles are available in matching 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" widths and with the exception of the 3/8" buckles, accommodates the double-wrap application to solve heavier duty clamping requirements.

Extra Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Buckles

 

Straptite USA, Inc. now also offer stainless steel buckles in extra heavy duty formats. Extra heavy duty buckles are used in combination with heavy duty stainless steel banding (0.044" thick) and the extra heavy duty clamping tool to meet your high tensile strength application requirements.

This combination of extra heavy duty items offer a clamping capacity of up to 5000 lbs. and more. These stainless steel buckles are available in 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4" configurations and are sold in units of 25 buckles p/box.

Type 316 Stainless Steel Buckles

 

The 316 Stainless Steel Buckles is manufactured from high quality Type 316 stainless steel material suitable for application in highly corrosive and marine (submerged) environments.

The 316 stainless steel buckles, along with the matching-size stainless steel type 316 banding completes the stainless steel clamp for extreme environments.

Buckles are sold in units of 100 buckles per box. The Type 316 Stainless Steel buckles are available in 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" configurations.

Stainless Steel Screw Buckles

 

Stainless Steel Screw Buckles can be used in combination with the stainless steel banding or stainless steel strapping and installed with, or without the clamping tool (depending on the clamping requirement). The stainless steel screw buckles are manufactured from high quality stainless steel and are available in 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" configurations.

The screw buckle allows for a stainless steel clamp installation that can be removed and/or adjusted and can accommodate a double-wrap application if required.
