Standard AISI 200 Series Stainless Steel Banding

The stainless steel band, along with a matching-size buckle and the purpose function clamping tool (t-tool) completes the stainless steel clamping system.

Stainless Steel Banding is sold pre-packaged in a self dispensing box in lengths of 100 feet. The Stainless Steel banding is available with treated edges to ensure personal safety. The standard heavy duty stainless steel banding is available in 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" widths.

Extra Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Banding

Straptite USA, Inc. now also offer extra heavy duty stainless steel banding to meet extreme duty requirements. Extra heavy duty stainless steel band is 0.044" thick and the 100' lengths are available in widths of 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4".

The Heavy-duty banding is packaged in self-dispensing boxes and are manufactured from high quality Type 201 Stainless Steel.

Type 316 Stainless Steel Banding

The 316 Stainless Banding is manufactured from high quality AISI type 316 stainless steel material suitable for application in highly corrosive and/or marine (submerged) environments.

The 316 stainless steel banding, along with a matching-size and stainless steel type 316 buckle completes the stainless steel clamp for extreme environments.

Banding is sold pre-packaged in a self dispensing box in lengths of 100 feet. The Type 316 Stainless Steel Banding is available in 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" widths.

Black Coated Stainless Steel Banding

The coated stainless steel banding, along with a matching-size wing-seal can be used in controlled environments with a "low-smoke" requirement in case of fire.

The coated stainless steel banding is sold pre-packaged in a self dispensing box in lengths of 82.5 feet. The base material for this banding varies from 0.020" to 0.025" with an overall thickness of approximately 0.044". The coated stainless steel banding is available in widths of 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" and matching size wings seals are available for the installation of these items.
